The controller shall retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the data were collected, within the limits provided by the applicable law and in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, in particular accounting requirements.
The right to check and modify the information in the register
The person in the register has the right to inspect, correct and delete his or her personal data or refuse to process the data for justified reasons. The request must be made in writing to the Registrar. As required by law, you must sign your request and attach a photocopy of your ID that shows your signature. You must also indicate the address to which the reply should be sent.
